hi there, i thought i would introduce myself as i have no doubt i will be asking question in here in the very near future and i always hate it myself when someone comes in out of the blue demanding assistance

i have been informed about you guys by sophia8 and she said you guys were very helpful if i ran into any problems with code or design

so please be gentle if i do post a question (and dont worry i do research stuff before i *head-desk*, give up and ask for help), but im still only a newbie at webstuffs despite having a strong IT background :)
