the fancybox website is not very helpful. i looked at the examples page code and a couple of other people's websites and i don't understand why when i click on my link, i don't get a fancy pop-up. it just opens the image normally on a white background. i made sure all my javascript and css files were in the right place and linked correctly.

is there some "duh" step i'm missing?
