Help?

Is there anyone here familiar with php coding who can help me out and fix something for me? I have a music website and my "designer" keeps guilt-tripping me when I need something done so ideally I need to find someone else who would like to work on a music review website (that's already almost completely built) for the "joys of music", ie, no pay (none of us get paid, it's all volunteer), but for right now I need someone who can help me with my banner problem. (If you have an interest in working on the site as a writer as well, that would be most welcome, too!)

We made the banner a link to the homepage after the actual page was created. We have it working smoothly on pages that are connected right to the index page. It does not work on pages that are foldered beneath the index page, however. Tell me what code you need to see and I can paste it or whatever. We have it set up with a 'banner.php' file, and then a line of code in all the other pages that controls it, but obviously something is missing in the other pages.

    Thank you!
