Im having a quandary,

Im using Dreamweaver, I put in my image links for the nav bar, when I link to the file i want it to link to, it highlights it blue and makes it a few pixels bigger. I don't know how to change it, so it doesn't highlight it blue.

I made my nav bar 30 px then the home button 30px high but after its highlighted it makes it all 34ish px high,
its driving me crazy, then by the time Im done the links push out of the nav bar and shift down.
