#1: I HATE the new look and feel of Windows Live Hotmail. Any way of changing back to the old version of Hotmail? (without the Windows Live part)

#2: How do you make your name black and unclickable by everyone (except friends) on Facebook? For example with some people you search their name and they show up but their name is black, whereas with mine, I've changed all the settings to 'friends only' but searching for my name still brings up the blue and clickable name.
