I've been working on a friend's computer, and I ended up reformatting it. He has Windows XP Professional.. I don't know if that's relevant, but anyway..

It won't recognize his modem, so I need some help. Anyone got step-by-step instructions they can share to kinda help me know what I need to do? ^^;

We've got tons of discs and stuff, but I don't see any for the modem specifically. I'm not sure what other information would be relevant, so.. Help, please?
