Internet connectivity problem

In the building that I live, wi-fi is provided. At first it was a bit rocky getting it working as I needed a different wireless card than I have (something I found thru this site actually). Well since then I bought a whole new computer, a Sony Vaio, that already had the wireless built in that was WPA-2 compatible (it was one of the features I looked for when purchasing it).

Anyways, the internet worked lovely until about a week ago. Pages started becoming slow to load and then after a day of that I wasn't getting internet at all. I informed my landlord and on the day he went to check it out, it miraculously worked for that hour or so. Since then it hasn't.

Basically I can connect to the wireless network just fine, just cannot get beyond that. I get the 'limited or no connectivity' error. I once again informed him of it and he basically said that he was able to get on fine, there have been no other reports of issues connecting, and the internet company says they're broadcasting. I find it hard to believe that it's all my issue, because I can connect to other wireless networks just fine (including the one I'm currently on, but it comes and goes).

Soooo, any ideas of what I can do? If I had access to the modem, I would clearly cycle it through but I don't (and I'm betting my landlord wont at this point).

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium. And I can provide more details if anyone asks.

    Thanks in advance
