RegEx Stoopid

I am having a world of difficulty trying to come up with a RegEx that will remove hyperlinks from text ONLY if a list of safe words aren't found. Example:

    Safe word - "news,cars,apples,etc"

    - This hyperlink would be removed
    - This hyperlink would be ignored
