Java

    OK, my Java is driving me NUTS!  There are certain sites/programs that I can't open (e.g. Yahoo's Pagebuilder), and the suggestion is always to update/install Java.  So I do that, and the installation verification tests or whatever always say that everything's working properly, that I have the latest version installed on my computer, and I can always see the little animation that is supposed to confirm that I do indeed have Java correctly installed.  So why are there still some things I can't open?!  :\

    Operating system = Windows XP
    Browser = Firefox
